There are two options for you to choose:

1.	A full day with an indepth look at coaching and the College
2.	A 2 hour session in the week, for those who are pressed for time and would like a smaller meeting with a more intensive presentation.

Both options are available at our offices in Wolverhampton or selected venues in London.

Option 1 includes an introduction to Life Coaching and a two hour coaching skills workshop, where you will look at some of the core skills of being a coach. This session is filled with interactivity and an opportunity for you to reflect on those skills you already possess and where your life and career are heading right now.

Then over a buffet lunch you have the chance to network with practising coaches, current student and recent graduates to find out what impact coaching is having on their lives.

The afternoon session includes a demonstration of coaching with an exercise where you can coach yourself as well as a look at the College, the courses and options available.

Option 2 If your schedule is such that you need to get the information in a more efficient way (and maybe you would benefit from coaching), then you may find the two hour session more suitable. You will benefit from a smaller group size and focusing on the facts you want. This presentation will provide the key elements of coaching and the courses available.
